Ticket owners with a lot of tickets assigned to them or their team can struggle to quickly find the specific tickets they need to act on. The follow-up page now offers several filter options, including Project, Teams and Groups, Metrics, Status, and Priority, that control which metrics and tickets are displayed in your dashboard.

What Are the Benefits of This Enhancement?

  • Faster ticket triage: Filter by status or priority so you can immediately focus on the tickets that are most urgent or still active.
  • Team level visibility: Filters for ticket groups or ticket teams set up by your administrator let you switch between viewing your own tickets and your team's tickets.
  • Metric driven filtering: Clicking a metric card, such as tickets open more than 24 hours, automatically filters the dashboard to show only tickets matching that condition.
  • Multi project support: If you have tickets across multiple projects, the Project filter lets you narrow the view to just the one you are working in.

When Was This Rolled Out?

This enhancement was officially rolled out in August 2026. It is now active on the Tickets follow-up page. You can access it by selecting Tickets from the navigation menu.

How Do the Filters Work?

  • Project: Displays the projects that have tickets assigned to you or your team or group. Select a different project from the drop-down to filter by it.
  • Teams and Groups: Shows any ticket groups or teams your administrator has created, plus default All Teams and All Groups options. These only appear if teams or groups have been configured for your organization.
  • Metrics: Displays summary metrics for whichever owner is selected in the Teams and Groups filter. Clicking a metric card filters the dashboard accordingly.
  • Status: Varies based on the statuses set up for your organization. The default statuses are Active, Open, In Progress, and Closed, and additional Custom Ticket Statuses that have been added to the brand that may not apply to your workflow.
    • Note: You will see some additional status options appearing that do not apply to your project. We’re aware of this issue, and we’re working with Qualtrics to remove the custom ticket statuses that do not apply. In the meantime, the workaround is simply to avoid selecting any status that doesn’t apply to your workflow.
  • Priority: Lets you filter by Low, Medium, or High. If nothing is selected, this defaults to showing all priorities.
