If you are having a problem with your website, please submit a Service Desk request. The request will be routed to the Iowa dot Gov assignment group to be triaged and forwarded to Lullabot if it is determined the issue is a bug.
If you come across a bug or have a technical issue with your site you can submit a bug report within service now to get IT support and our team will also update the bug report page
If your issues relates to an existing Drupal (non-DX platform) website the request will be routed to the OCIO Drupal Website assignment group for Webspec to respond.

Current Issues
The following issues have been reported and are in the process of being resolved.
- Document Titles on Listing Pages incorrectly display HTML special characters (ID-5872)

- Entity Usage does not show when a media item is being linked in a Link Collection List (ID-4510)
- External links icon not appearing properly for external websites (ID-5289)
- Arrows within tables are not scrolling to full show all of the table rows (ID-5352)
- The preview button for How do I content doesn't work (ID-4988)
- Dropdown menu for sidebar menu with Landing Pages linked currently don't open/close (ID-4787)
- Media content type - when media is moved to the trash a symbol appears instead (ID-3941)
- Entire page scrolls when inserting images for a promo in layout builder (ID-2021)
- ENTIRELY Remove Media Entity Revisioning so that temporary files in file tab are deleted by the system (ID-5474)
- Robot Challenge if user is logged-in and hits Google Search too many times (ID-5849)
