A notification email may be sent to agency managers upon a content state changes, such as a basic page moving from Draft to Published.
This new feature is available under the Site Settings dropdown by clicking the Notification settings link. From there agency managers can select the check box so that they can enter their email as well as the API key information:
In order to set up this functionality, the agency manager shall communicate with the DOM DoIT team to set up a new key for the external email service.
The new key is requested via internal ticketing with DOM DoIT, tracked, and then opened on behalf of the agency manager.
