What Are the Benefits of This Enhancement?
- Safe Testing: You can confidently make updates to an active workflow knowing you have a backup of the original version.
- One-Click Recovery: If a new change breaks a process or doesnβt work as expected, you can quickly roll back to a previously saved, working version with a single click.
- Better Tracking: It takes the guesswork out of collaborative environments by creating a clear record of how a workflow has evolved over time.
When Was This Rolled Out?
This feature enhancement was officially rolled out in July 2026 and is now active within your global and project workflow tabs.
Back to topHow Do I Publish and Manage Workflow Permissions?
- No Review Process Needed: You can publish your workflow changes immediately. Edits do not need to go through an internal review or approval process before going live.
- Open to All Editors: You do not need to be the owner of the workflow to publish updates or use the versioning tools. Any editor who has access to the workflow has the full ability to publish changes.
