We want to hear from you! Share your success stories and show us how you’re using Qualtrics to tackle challenges and drive results.
In this bulletin, we feature one of our own, Lori Larsen from ICN, who has done incredible work modernizing workflows. You’ll also find a reminder about the upcoming X4 Summit and a quick way to sharpen your skills with our Tip of the Month, just two minutes at a time.
Highlight Story
We want to highlight real use cases from our colleagues to demonstrate the possibilities and celebrate their achievements.
Today, we would like to recognize Lori Larsen and the ICN team for their outstanding work. Lori has played a key role in the Qualtrics pilot program, and you will soon see more of her impressive contributions. Recently, she implemented a new workflow by transitioning a paper-based launch into Qualtrics. Great job, Lori!
Agency: ICN
Creator: Lori Larsen
Form: ICN Interstate Traffic Certification
Details: The Iowa Communications Network (ICN) is required by the Universal Service Fund to obtain annual certification from all its customers regarding their use of the private lines provided by ICN.
To enhance efficiency, ICN chose a digital approach over paper form to eliminate the need for printing and scanning, ensuring a much faster turnaround time. This new process almost began with a paper based form launch, but transitioned into a Qualtrics survey. The required annual certification survey uses the Qualtrics anonymous URL link, was distributed using GovDelivery, and will eventually be available as an embed on the ICN website.
