Where do I submit a ServiceNow ticket
To get support or report a bug, visit our Report an Issue page. There, you’ll find a list of current bugs the Dev team is fixing. If you see an issue not on the list, please submit a ServiceNow ticket.

Go to Iowa ServiceNow go to the top navigation bar. Select Service Catalog. Then, choose “Citizen Engagement.” From there, pick the support ticket you want to submit.



How do I view my Submitted Tickets?
In the right sidebar, "My Active Items," you’ll see the tickets you submitted in the Request section.

How do I view ServiceNow ticket activity?
To see updates about your ticket from the team that is currently working on your request, you can select the Ticket number in the right side under the Number column.

Once you select that number, you will see the ticket's current activity in the activity tab.
To find more details, like comments or questions about your ticket, check the “Requested Items” section on the right. Click the “RITM” number link related to your ticket. You can also select the Ticket number under the Number column on the right.

In that new area, click on the “Additional Details” tab. This will show any comments, questions, or updates.
