As we begin the new year, we're introducing new ways to help you get started with Qualtrics and feel fully supported as you build and grow your experience.

Office Hours Extended Through March 2026

We’ve added more dates to our regular Tuesday and Thursday Office Hours through March 2026. These sessions are a great way to ask questions, get help, and learn how to use Qualtrics and other tools.

New 1:1 Booking Option – Pilot Program

We’re making it easier to get personalized Qualtrics support. To help with adoption and education, we’re offering dedicated time to talk through your use cases, plan your strategy, get started with Qualtrics, or resolve technical issues.

Introducing a new way to schedule support:

You can now use the Qualtrics CX Booking Page to schedule a 30-minute one-on-one meeting with the Qualtrics CX team. The first available time slots begin in January 2026, and for now, we’re only offering January dates as we pilot this idea.

When you book a session, you’ll be supported by a dedicated team including Qualtrics Support, the CX Program Manager, and additional experts who are ready to help you design surveys, solve challenges, and plan your next steps for success.

Note: This offering complements our regular  Tuesday and Thursday Office Hours and is intended for more in-depth support, including strategic planning, technical troubleshooting, and discussion of specific use cases.

End-of-Year Updates

  • There will be no bulletins for the rest of 2025. We’ll start again on 2026. The next bulletin will be sent on January 16, 2026, and then every other Friday.
  • Office Hours will not be held on Thursday, December 25 or Thursday, January 1 due to state holidays.
