Qualtrics Closed-Loop System (Ticketing System) Upgrade: New Features Launching Soon
The Qualtrics Ticket System is the tool we use for Closed-Loop feedback within the state of Iowa.
Launch Dates:
The update is expected to roll out between June 22 and July 29.
What to expect:
- See more details at a glance: The ticket home page will show up to 12 columns of information, instead of the current 7. This will let you see more details quickly without needing to click into every ticket.
- Easier filtering: The follow-up page will have a cleaner look. You will be able to filter by any ticket detail, and ticket admins will be able to set up standard filters to help everyone stay organized.
- Better organization: Key data will be grouped into labeled sections. A new Highlights area at the top will use colors to help you immediately spot important notes and metrics.
Please note: Feature details or dates may change based on requirements from Qualtrics and the Iowa Core Team. We are sharing these updates to help you prepare for the Closed-Loop System upgrades. If you are new to this system, check out the Qualtrics CX Workflows 101 to learn the art of the possible.
New Qualtrics Role: Introducing the Participant User Type
Working alongside the Iowa Core Team and our Qualtrics CX Champion Program Governance Committee, we are thrilled to introduce the Participant user role. This addition was created to better serve our agencies' needs and was developed in response to insightful feedback from our CX Champions. We are currently updating our ServiceDesk Plus process to better align with your access request needs. We’ll provide a more detailed update once additional information is available.
