CX Engage Studio

The CX Engage Studio provides quick access to a variety of helpful resources, including enterprise tools, reviews, and dashboards. This space will continue to grow as we build and enhance new capabilities.

How to Access

  • Log in to Qualtrics
  • Go to Projects and Programs
  • Choose State of Iowa CX Projects

Tips: 

  • You can refine your search by using the filter option and selecting Dashboard (Shared) or by typing keywords into the search box.
  • If you’re already logged into Qualtrics, clicking the CX Engage Studio link will open it directly. If not, Qualtrics will prompt you to log in with your Okta credentials.

CX Champions Studio

The CX Champions Studio is a central hub for our Champion community, where you can find access to key resources, documentation, and artifacts that support the CX program. The Studio is designed to keep Champions informed, equipped, and aligned by offering upcoming meeting information, expectations, best practices, and tools needed to drive high-quality survey design and governance. As the program evolves, the Studio will continue to grow with new materials and capabilities to support your success.

How to Access

  • Log in to Qualtrics
  • Go to Projects and Programs
  • Choose State of Iowa CX Projects, and it will automatically open the CX Engage Studio.
  • Click on the Qualtrics CX Champions Studio

  • You can refine your search by using the filter option and selecting Dashboard (Shared) or by typing keywords into the search box.
  • If you’re already logged into Qualtrics, clicking the Qualtrics CX Champions Studio will open it directly. If not, Qualtrics will prompt you to log in with your Okta credentials.

Note: Only designated Qualtrics CX Champions have permission to view this studio.

Review and Approval Dashboard

This dashboard shows an overview of surveys that are currently in review, their status, and any actions that still need to be completed. It helps users track progress and keep the approval process moving smoothly. To view the dashboard, you must be logged in to Qualtrics. 

How to Access

  • Log in to Qualtrics
  • Go to Projects and Programs
  • Choose State of Iowa CX Projects, and it will automatically open the CX Engage Studio.
  • Click on the Review and Approval Dashboard

Agency Approver(s) Dashboard

This dashboard is designed for designated agency‑level approvers. It provides access to surveys awaiting review, allowing approvers to complete required checks and move surveys forward.  It helps users track progress and keep the approval process moving smoothly. 

How to Access

  • Log in to Qualtrics
  • Go to Projects and Programs
  • Choose State of Iowa CX Projects, and it will automatically open the CX Engage Studio.
  • Click on the Agency Approver(s) Dashboard

Tips:

  • You can refine your search by using the filter option and selecting Dashboard (Shared) or by typing keywords into the search box.
  • If you’re already logged into Qualtrics, clicking the Agency Approver(s) Dashboard will open it directly. If not, Qualtrics will prompt you to log in with your Okta credentials.

Note: Designated approvers can only access the agency you assign to them. Access is limited to the agency level and does not include divisions.
