Purpose
The FAQ List allows you to create and manage a dedicated page for Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs). It utilizes an accordion style, allowing users to easily expand and collapse individual questions to find the information they need.
When to Use FAQ List
This is great for situations where you have a large number of FAQs that need to be categorized and presented in a clear and user-friendly manner. With FAQ content types you can not add micro-content to them.
Elements of FAQ List
- Title: title of the FAQ List page, limited to 70 characters
- Short title: optional, shorter version used in menus, breadcrumbs, etc. Limited to 35 characters.
- Summary: used on search engines and social media shares. Limited to 160 characters
- Featured Image: single image that captures or relates to the page topic. Used in teasers and social media shares. Limited to one.
- Description: Brief description of list, displays atop the section. Limited to 255 characters.
- Topic: categorize content for filtering and search (optional)
- Division/Section: choose the area of the agency the content belongs to, if any
- An FAQ content type is it's own full accordion page, rather than functioning like an accordion micro-content which are added into a basic page, the FAQ page has an accordion section built into it.
