Purpose of Qualtrics Funnels

Qualtrics Funnels help agencies see how people move through their website. A Funnel shows the steps a visitor takes, like starting on one page and then moving through a group of related pages. By tracking these steps, agencies can understand where users succeed and where they get stuck. 

This is especially helpful when you want to follow user paths across multiple pages, something that can be difficult to do in Google Analytics because of filter limits. Funnels make it easier to spot problems, improve instructions, and make sure important information is being reached.
