Each agency will sign an ENROLLMENT AGREEMENT to begin work with NIC. The enrollment agreement will initially list the applications that the agency identifies for integration with the NIC payment platform and will be updated in the future when you need to add new applications.
NIC will prepare this enrollment agreement after the agency meeting covering applications that will use the NIC payment platform and potential Gov2Go integrations.
A statement of work is not required for use of the NIC payment platform, minor forms development, or Gov2Go directory listing changes.
A statement of work is only required for custom development work or Gov2Go application integration projects. A Statement of Work is signed for each development project.
