Week 1

Cohort kickoff. Cohorts are groups of agencies who participate in workshops together, attend training together, and launch their sites in the same general time period.

Lullabot will:

  • Deliver content inventory, audit spreadsheet, and writing for the web guide.
  • Deliver project checklist, which outlines agency next steps.

Agencies will:

  • Start your content audit.
  • Begin attending content strategy office hours. Office hours let you get help from the Lullabot team during your content audit. You can ask questions about the content process and learn from your peers in the cohort.
    • Held every Thurs from 1 p.m. - 1:30 pm CT
  • Begin attending content building training. Similar to office hours, content building trainings are an opportunity to learn about the Drupal platform and ask questions about how to add/edit content on your new website.
    • Held every Tues: 1:30 p.m. - 2:15 p.m. CT

DOM DoIT will:

  • Send you a kickoff email with details about the process and how to get access to your new site.
  • Provide user logins to your new Drupal website.
