Updating Your Agency Profile in the Iowa Directory

Agency public information officers and others selected by the PIO can access their agency profiles in the Directory. 

  • Update contact info, like adding URLs.
  • Add a service.
  • Update hours of operation, the map, etc.

Ask your agency's Public Information Officer to submit a Service Desk request. This will help get an account in the Directory.
