Content Information
- Content that includes images, tables, or other graphics that you arenβt sure how to display in existing page templates
- Formal or policy documents that are infrequently or never updated
- A manual or other long-form document
- Forms that cannot exist in a web format for legal reasons.
When adding or converting documents like PDFs into HTML pages on your site it would be useful to add them either using the Basic Page (which is best for PDF's that are 1 page) or Book Pages (which is best for PDFs with multiple pages).
Additionally, to better help you track your files that you would like your audience to be able to download to print and also to help make sure the document usage report count is accurately tracking it you can use the "Related Files" section as one possible way to embed documents onto your site.
