By default, this integration is enabled via the entered Qualtrics Project ID within the site's Third Party Integrations settings.
Agency Managers have the ability to opt out of this integration by removing the Qualtrics Project ID and saving the configuration.
Important Note for New Agency Sites
Newly created sites will have Qualtrics functionality enabled by default.
This means that, if an agency does not want to utilize Qualtrics on their site, they will need to follow the same steps outlined in the next section, under Remove Qualtrics Project ID, to manually opt-out.
Remove Qualtrics Project ID
Agency Managers can remove the Qualtrics Project ID by hovering over or selecting the 'Site Settings' link in the navigation bar and then within the 'Settings' section you will select 'Third Party Integrations'.

This will take you to the Third Party Integrations page. Here you will find the Qualtrics Project ID field:
- Delete the Qualtrics Project ID value.
- Click 'Save'.

This will opt your site out of and remove integration for all Qualtrics surveys and intercepts.
