Locating published and unpublished content that has been created by you and your team on the site can be found within the Content library Overview section.

Please keep in mind that not all users will have the ability to edit certain pages due to their author level.

To locate content that has been saved as a draft, review or Archived you can select the "Moderated Content" to pull up that content library.

Fast way to Edit a Content Page

A quick way to edit a page is by first making sure you are signed into your OKTA and then when you are signed in you will see a red bar and from there you can go to the page you want to edit, then navigate to the edit button that is located between the navigation and title of the page you want to edit.

If you need to search for media items like url embeds, documents files, images that have been uploaded to the site you can do that from the Media Library.

Importance of Editing your Content

It's important to make sure you are editing your pages on your site to make sure the information on it is up to date and relevant. Content that hasn't been updated using the edit button in two or more years will end up in the "Outdated Content" tab.

To make sure your content stays updated you can use tools like google analytics google search console report to help you find new topics or questions your audience maybe looking for that can be used to update the outdated page.

How to Edit a Page

You can easily find all of the content pages on your site that you want to edit by selecting the "Content" button.

Selecting the Content button will bring up the Content library page where you will see all of the pages that you and your team has added to the site. 

To find the specific page you want to edit you can use the search field to search for the name of that page and you can also sort pages using the content type filter field.

From within the content library you can select the "Edit" button for the page you want to work on to start editing that page.

 You can also edit a page if you already have the url of that page, when you go to the page you want to update all you need to do is select the "Edit" button that is directly above the page title:
