Updated Top Hat
The Top Hat, a key element of our website design, has been updated and implemented across all DX Platform sites. This decision was made by the Steering Committee to enhance accessibility for all users. Specifically, the phrase "Here is how you know" has been removed from the Top Hat, and instead, the text "Official State of Iowa website" will now serve as the clickable link. This change simplifies the design and ensures better usability, especially for visitors using screen readers or other assistive technologies.
The updated Top Hat is now live. Simply scroll up to view it in action at the top of this page.
