When working with Content you are predominantly working with Basic Pages and Landing Pages, followed by FAQ Lists, Listing Pages, News, and How Do I
All content types are available for all users; however, for the purposes of the platform it's best to place "Microcontent" inside your existing "Content."
If you have the relevant agency role access you can unpublish page easily by changing the status of the "Current State" from "Published" to "Archive" or for micro-content simply unchecking the "Published" field will unpublish it.
