You can easily locate all of the content that has been created on your site directly within the content library. To locate that navigate to the "Content" button and then select it, this will then take you to the content library section where all of the content page types will appear within this page list.
To find the content that is currently in the "Draft", "Review" or "Archived" status you can select the "Moderated Content" tab that is on the right of the "Overview" tab
Content that hasn't been edited in 2 years will appear within the "Outdated Content" tab of the content library:
When working with Content you are predominantly working with Basic Pages and Landing Pages, followed by FAQ Lists, Listing Pages, News, and How Do I
All content types are available for all users; however, for the purposes of the platform it's best to place "Microcontent" inside your existing "Content."
If you have the relevant agency role access you can unpublish page easily by changing the status of the "Current State" from "Published" to "Archive" or for micro-content simply unchecking the "Published" field will unpublish it.

Creating Content for Agency with multiple Divisions
If you are an Agency that has multiple Divisions with their own content that you would like to keep separate it is important to use and add that divisions taxonomy to the content that you are creating.
This helps with sorting not only when using the content library filter but also for listing pages if you want to show content only within your division.
You can also use the Topic Taxonomy to help keep your content separated from other content if the Divisions taxonomy field is not available when in the content edit page.
Agency managers can check to make sure their division has their own taxonomy within the structure button at the top under the taxonomy button.
You can learn more about adding taxonomy in our Working with Taxonomy page
Separating Content from Divisions in the Menu Navigation
Another way to keep your content separate from other divisions is by having your pages placed as child menu pages when you are adding them to the main navigation either within the "Menu Settings" section that is on the right of the page you are editing or within the Menu section under the Structure button.
Doing this allows you to have your content appear only within your divisions parent menu sidebar navigation which can help your agency avoid having orphan pages and thus keep a positive impact for the end user so they can always have a navigation path to lead them back to your divisions content or page.
How to Delete Content Pages
You can easily delete content types that you've created on your site by navigating to your content library when you select the content button:
When you are within the content library you can select the little arrow at the right of the edit button to find the delete button which is what you can select to delete that page.
If you do run into an error message that does not allow you to delete a content type then the main cause of this is that the author field email will need to be changed to a different author email so that you can stop getting this error message that won't let you delete the content.
To delete a content page that is not allowing you to delete it due to the author field you can select the check box on the right of that content type and then within the black bar action field you can select "change author" and then select the "apply to selected items" to change the author to either your email address or a relevant working email address:
With those changes made to that content type you can now select the delete button within the edit button to now delete that page.
