How Do I Find a Specific Media Library Document ID Number?

Every individual Media Library item, such as each registered Document, has a specific "media ID number" associated with it. In general, we use the LinkIt tool to create links.

However, inside PROMO links as well as in the HERO of landing pages, you may want to allow a download of a specific PDF.

UPDATED: Use the "Linkit" tool and choose your desired document from the list: start typing in the name of your document and select it when it displays.

Any individual media item may be found using the media library to identify the ID. It's possible, but not PREFERABLE to use the media library ID directly such as:

/media/88/download (where 88 is the number of your document).

In this following image, the media ID number is "83"

Each PDF document registered into the Media Library has an ID number associated with it.

This can be found by hovering over the Edit button, or clicking through to that specific media item
