- (ID-2668) Show Breadcrumbs For all users
- (ID-5212) add "Tabs" to the file edit screen

- (ID-5225) Add Sortable Table options for Listing Page of Past Events
- (ID-5226) Add Sortable Table options for Listing Page of News

- (ID-5234) Allow Writer, Editor, or Publisher to make edits to a Navigational Menu node from the right-hand-sidebar
