The production sites now are using CK Editor 5, which is the most updated version. Table management with rows and columns are being upgraded to interface with the WYSIWYG editor at the top of your body page.
Between now and the next release, if you need to create a new table or add/delete rows to your table, please use an off-platform editor (such as Word or Google Docs or Excel), and copy-and-paste that table back into the body.
