Writer, Editor, or Publisher to make edits to Navigational Menu

Great news! Writers and Editors now have the ability to edit nodes that are part of the navigation. Previously, only Publishers and Agency Managers could make changes to navigational-level nodes—such as FAQ lists, Book Nodes, or Basic Pages with sub-items in the navigation menu. Now, Writers and Editors can edit these nodes and allocate them to either the Navigation Menu or the Footer Menu using the Menu Settings box in the right-hand sidebar of the edit section. Once edits are made, users can simply save the changes to ensure the node is updated with the latest information.

Improved Year Dropdown for Listing Pages

The Year dropdown on listing pages has been improved for better usability. Now, only years that contain content—such as documents, news, and basic pages—will be displayed. For example, if a listing page includes documents from 2024, 2021, and 2020, only these years will appear in the dropdown, making it easier to filter relevant content.

Enhanced Control Over Alert Edits

Agency Managers now have the ability to backdate alerts. Permissions have been updated so that anyone with edit access to an alert can also modify the publication date. This allows users to set a specific 'Created On' date for when an alert appears as published. Additionally, Agency Managers now have direct access to the 'Created On' date field for greater flexibility in managing alerts.

Content Notification Feature Now Live

Agency Managers will now receive notifications when content moves from Draft or Review to Published. This ensures better visibility and oversight of content changes. If an Agency Manager oversees multiple accounts, they will receive separate notifications for each relevant update. This feature is now live and helps keep everyone informed of important content status changes!
