What's Changed for Authors

  • Automatic lists: Previously, there were inconsistencies in displaying the "No results" message to authors. Only agency managers received an indication that an empty list could be edited. Now, an automatic list no results message can be viewed by any authenticated user, including writers, editors, publishers, and agency managers.

  • Listing pages: The Listing Page description has been updated to a maximum length of 300 characters.

  • Micro-content: Previously, when micro-content was embedded in the body of a page, its title should have been 36px, but some headings were incorrectly displayed at 40px. Now, all embedded micro-content titles match the defined style of 36px.
  • Training workshops reminder: Complete the training registration form and join our online workshops, designed for both new and experienced content managers working on the DX Platform.
  • Behind the scenes: Numerous updates this week focused on improving the DX Platform behind the scenes, aiming to create a more user-friendly and navigable experience. Some of these updates include:

    • Color palettes: We are thrilled to announce the introduction of newest color palettes to the DX Platform: Hawthorn Sunrise, Wapello Evenings, and Prairie Noon! This exciting development is a direct outcome of your valuable contributions and feedback during the DX Transformation Project.
    • ServiceNow: Introducing the latest ServiceNow updates! Now, any comments made on a task will be carried up to the RITM, ensuring that all comments are visible when you check the portal. Additionally, task notifications will now include the Request and RITM numbers, allowing you to easily tie a task back to the original request number you received upon submission.
