You can use the Related Files field rather than embed or create a Link Collection list to share additional related information about a topic. This is especially useful if you only have one or two files to share.

What are Related files?
Related files are items from your Media Library such as PDFs, Excel, PowerPoint, or other Media files or documents. You can add up to 20 related files.

How do Related files appear?
Related files will appear at the bottom of your page above the footer. The Related files section is available on Basic pages and Event pages.
